If you have an idea or topic that you would like to present to us, we would be honoured to hear from you at one of our meetings! Speaking at a Rotary Club can be a very rewarding experience. Rotarians care about their local communities and beyond, and they are always eager to learn of new ways of supporting or interacting with those who share the mission of making the world a better place.
About Our Meeting:
Our weekly lunch meetings are usually held on Thursday at 12:10 PM in the Delta Downtown located in 1919 Saskatchewan Drive Regina, SK, Canada.
Preparing
- Please provide your presentation title and a 1 to 2 sentence overview when you confirm your speaking date. This information will be shared in our publicly available calendar with your presentation. - Verify 1 or 2 days prior to speaking that the initial details you’ve received have not changed.
- If you have a PowerPoint presentation, please email it ahead of time so we can have it ready, or bring it on a thumb drive.
- Please notify us of any audio or video requirements, even if you are bringing your own equipment.
Day of

- Leave time for Q&A at the end of your presentation within your allotted time.
- Ask Rotarians to help with handouts to make the best use of your time.
Follow Up
- Follow up with individuals or contact our club with answers or information you weren’t able to answer that day.
- If you enjoyed the experience and wish to present at other clubs ask your club contact to add you to the district speaker database.
